This modern piece combines fused glass with a sparkling metal background (metal art by my sister, Lisa Schauer). The glass top features blue and green square diamonds at different heights, some that creating an inviting “melting” sense of movement. The glass pieces are mounted with a standoff on the ground aluminum sheet. The piece measures 17”x17”x2.5”, weighs about 5.8 pounds, and is ready to hang with picture wire/ring hangers installed in the backing frame.
